Ingredients:
- 10 Life Choices Italian Meatballs
- 2 sprouted grain* or wholegrain wraps
- ¼ cup salsa
- ¼ cup Greek-style plain yogurt
- Half sweet red pepper, diced
- 10 Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- ½ cup sunflower sprouts or broccoli sprouts
- 1 oz grated Cheddar, Monterey Jack or another favourite cheese
Directions:
- Cook Life Choices Italian Meatballs as per package directions.
- Place in wraps; top with salsa, yogurt, red pepper, olives, sprouts and cheese.
- Roll up and enjoy!
*Whenever possible, choose sprouted grain bread/wraps for a boost in nutrients.
